Do I have to remove calcium deposits from the chlorinator as I do now?

If you have an old style chlorinator that is not self-cleaning, then yes you, but not as often as before.

If you have a self-cleaning chlorinator, then you should not have to.

Pooled Energy’s Advanced Water Chemistry is less prone to calcium deposits than conventional chemistry, and our recommended use of supplemental magnesium disrupts the crystal structure of calcium deposits making them softer and easier to remove.

Please use the cleaning process recommended by the manufacturer of the chlorinator.
